To ensure that our culture remains true to these values, we created The Bentleigh Way—a set of guiding principles that shapes how we interact with one another, both on and off the field.
Each year, BJFC recognises 18 standout players, a Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager, and Trainer who embody the spirit of our club. Selected based on leadership, effort, teamwork, and commitment, the Team of the Year celebrates those who consistently uphold the Bentleigh Way—both on and off the field.
This is a proud tradition that reflects the values we cherish as a club and honours those who lead by example throughout the season.
